PHPark22 Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," or "your") and PHPark22 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform"). They govern all aspects of your access to and use of the PHPark22 website and all services available through it, including sports betting, casino gaming, virtual sports, and any promotional offers.

By accessing PHPark22, clicking "Register," or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms in full and that you agree to comply with them. If any part of these Terms is unclear, we encourage you to contact our support team before proceeding. Ignorance of these Terms will not be accepted as a defence in the event of a dispute.

PHPark22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use PHPark22, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. PHPark22 strictly prohibits use by minors and will verify age upon registration and at any time upon request.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access and use online gaming services in your jurisdiction.
• You must be using the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of any third party or as part of a commercial gambling enterprise.
• You must not be excluded or self-excluded from any gambling activity, whether by PHPark22 or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of PHPark22 or any of its affiliated companies.

PHPark22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your account.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one PHPark22 account only. If you currently have an existing account, do not create a new one. If you believe your account has been closed in error and wish to regain access, please contact our support team.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid mobile number. PHPark22 uses this information for identity verification and to comply with applicable regulations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. PHPark22 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on PHPark22 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱). The following payment methods are accepted: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes, though delays may occasionally occur depending on your payment provider's processing schedule. PHPark22 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. PHPark22 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically settled within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification. PHPark22 reserves the right to request a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method before processing any withdrawal.
• PHPark22 does not permit transfers of funds between member accounts.
• Any funds that appear to have been deposited fraudulently or through an unauthorised payment method will be frozen pending investigation.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on PHPark22 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or game type, as displayed within the platform at the time of betting. By placing a bet, you accept those specific rules in addition to these general Terms.

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. PHPark22 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled or abandoned.
• The bet was placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical error or data feed failure.
• There is evidence that the bet was placed in violation of these Terms, including the use of prohibited betting strategies.

PHPark22 sets maximum bet limits and payout caps per market. These limits are displayed within the platform and may vary depending on the event, the market, and the Member's account history. PHPark22 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any individual member at its sole discretion.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

PHPark22 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and enhanced odds promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general Terms.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonus funds must meet a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion details.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only. Coordinated or systematic use of bonuses in a manner that PHPark22 deems abusive — including matched betting or arbitrage — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• PHPark22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it suspects misuse or if the Member's account is found to be in breach of these Terms.
• Free bets and bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PHPark22. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or market.
• Creating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or facilitating transactions through accounts that are not your own.
• Engaging in money laundering or using PHPark22 to conceal the origins of funds obtained illegally.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PHPark22 staff or other members through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

PHPark22 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools to help members stay in control of their betting activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available through your account settings.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, we encourage you to use these tools and to seek help. PHPark22 will process any self-exclusion request promptly and will not market to self-excluded members during the exclusion period.

9 Privacy and Data

10 Limitation of Liability

PHPark22 provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. PHPark22 will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or revenue arising from technical issues, data errors, or platform outages.
• Losses resulting from your failure to follow these Terms or applicable betting rules.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account that resulted from your negligence in keeping credentials secure.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if PHPark22 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are restricted by law, PHPark22's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

11 Account Termination

You may close your PHPark22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance of real-money funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the withdrawal terms set out in Section 4. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

PHPark22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder. In such cases, any funds associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation and, where applicable, reported to the relevant authorities.

12 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint about PHPark22's services, please contact our support team in the first instance at support@phpark22.app. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within five business days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence PHPark22 operates. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available upon request from our support team.

13 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PHPark22 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable law or regulation.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
